One small pet may be allowed, subject to the owners approval and rules. Only dog or cat species will be considered. No rodents, snakes, birds or any other exotic pets will be allowed.
Utilities water, electricity, sewerage and refuse are capped at R950 per occupant, per month. However, Wifi, DSTV, linen and service of the unit, once a week, is included. Since there is no washing machine connection in the unit, laundry will have to be done at the laundromat nearby or by arrangement, as a service by the owner, at an agreed fee.
