Bottom floor - Large bunk room with two bunks providing 4 single bunk beds, and a second room leading off this with a double bed A second spacious bedroom, queen bed, BIC entrance onto the bottom verandah where all the braai facilities are separate toilet, shower and a bathroom with bath and basin.
From the lower verandah follow the steps to a roof deck for those glorious evening sundowners or make use of the play room built above the boat house on those rainy days.
At the bottom of the garden, a gate leads directly onto the tow-path along the river. Here you have access to the river, your boat or merely just a lazy day on the grass playing in the shallows of the river.
