The house in Viljoen street is welcoming and with an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The north facing living room has stacking doors opening to the sunny front patio a wood fireplace is great during the winter.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms one with bath & overhead shower, and the other with a walk-in shower render the house suitable for up to 4 residents, with a guest sleeping space with bunk beds.
The location in old-town Onrus is idyllic and places residents in walking distance to excellent restaurants, quaint shops, Davies'' Pool and the Onrus main beach.
The property is not pet friendly. Tenants are responsible to maintain the garden while in residence it is an option for the landlord to arrange the gardener but it will be for the tenants'' cost, approx. R800 pm.
A single garage is used for garden equipment storage but there is space for a single vehicle in front of the garage, behind the gate parking off-street in Viljoen street is common and safe.
