If you are a bachelor its ideal in fact. There is parking in the close, so its not really street parking its secure. There is a creche, and a park and access to the beach is 4 minutes walk away. Its 2 minutes drive from the Spar and the petrol station.
All in all, its in a quite neighbourhood in the scenic part of Langebaan. You have your own entrance. Upstairs and downstairs are completely separated as mentioned above. Its a great deal especially since you do not have to bother about the water and electricity bills. You pay 15000 and as long as your hot water and electricity usage is fair, its all included. What is fair usage we calculate based on the number of occupants and share it with you.
It has battery backup 10kw and a solar installation, so you will never experience load shedding. And the Wifi is also load-shedding proof. i.e. the provider DKWireless have backup power for their service.
