One bedroom apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance to the back of a double-storey main building in Sandbaai, Hermanus, is now available to rent from 1 June 2026. The apartment offers, besides the bedroom, a separate bathroom as well as a living room with a fitted kitchen and cupboards. The monthly rent will be R 7000 for a single person and R7500 for two people being the maximum occupants that will be allowed. In addition to the monthly rent, the tenants will be responsible for prepaid electricity used. Uncapped Wi fi is optional at R 250 pm extra.
Access is gained to the premises through an automated gate, which leads to 2 x parking spaces in the backyard and the staircase leading to the upstairs front door of the apartment. As extras, the premises are protected by armed response, and the grass and garden services are included in the rent.
