Description
This is a one bedroom flat attached to the main house, fully furnished, own entrance and deck. Parking is under a shade cloth awning. We have dogs so the person has to be someone who loves dogs as they are around all of the property. The flat is serviced once a week and a laundry service is also provided once a week. This service is not provided when the Domestic Helper is on leave or on Public Holidays. Bedding is not provided. The person has to be of sober habits and a NO SMOKING policy is applied in the flat. Full DSTV and free Wi-Fi is provided. There are several restaurants and takeaways within a short walk of the property, including a SPAR, Doctor, Pharmacy, Off Sales, Laundromat, Garage, ATM's etc. The property also has Solar Power installed to ensure emergency power during load shedding. There is a burglar alarm working with a remote through Blue Security Armed Response.
No noise is allowed and no parties or visitors allowed to overnight. Visitors vehicles have to park on the sidewalk and not inside the property as there will not be sufficient space.
The flat would suit a professional person who requires to use the flat as temporary abode while away from home. It is quite and very safe and has fantastic views.
