Good News!. Fountains in Lombardy Estate is ready to pick up the construction again and I do believe that the 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units will fall into an affordable price bracket. The developer is busy finalizing the prices for all three these designs.
Attached are a few photos of some of the other units - just so that you can see the size of bedrooms are much bigger than you would generally find, all bedrooms are en-suite and with the 2 and 3 bedrooms, you also have a guest loo downstairs.
The living areas are open plan and the patio with built in braai perfect for entertaining. Good size garden for your small pets. You are allowed to put solar on your unit - remember it is Full Title in Lombardy.
I would be able to take you to view some of the older units, should you be interested in buying a Full Title unit where you have excellent security and privacy. We can go through the various units on the architectural designs and believe me if I say certain elements make your unit can have that niche - the other dont have.
Although buying directly from the developer means no Transfer Duty, when buying through our agency, your conveyancer fee shall be paid by us.
