One of the all so popular Lakes units available for rental. The average rental for the past couple of years various from R34 000 to R37 000 per month. Allthough, it is listed as a cluster, it is full title with privacy from the next door unit and has always been my favourit place I call home.

Travertine Tiles stone is beautiful with the contemporary look of a modern architectural design and the creams, beige and stone colours work well with the wooden cupboards.
