Die Villa is a lovely student accommodation where we offer spacious bedrooms, each with it''s own en-suite bathroom. The rooms share a lovely kitchen that is furnished with a gas stove-oven, microwave, and basics that a student needs. There is a washing area as well.
In the middle is a small private garden, and safe parking is available on the premises.
Students can enjoy the swimming pool and braai area by the lapa any time.
Each room is neatly tiled and spacious enough for a double bed, desk and basic furniture a student will need. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. NO cooking equipment allowed in the bedrooms.
Water & electricity are included in the price. As well as fibre-WiFi for students'' convenience and cleaning of communal areas and dishes 5 days a week.
Die Villa is close to UP, walking distance to Loftus Park Shopping Center, Loftus Versveld Rugby Staduim and main access routes. Loftus Park Center offers a Virgin Active, Dischem, Woolworths, Checkers and many more coffee shops and places to buy food.
