This unit is upstairs so it has a balcony. The property also has 24hr security cctv, gated access control through an app for all tenants so no one can enter the property without a code as well as a play area for the kids and a braai area as no open fires are allowed near the units.
Garden maintenance is done by a gardener.
Use of fire hoses for washing of vehicles is strictly prohibited.
No partiesloud music allowed.
Security is not allowed to open the gate for anyone without a message from you unless they are in a vehicle being driven by YOU.
